Help Education: A Learner-Centred Educational Approach

Abstract

This study examines the learner-focused educational approach adopted by Help Education Foundation to promote high-quality professional education through its Certificate, Diploma, and Post Graduate Diploma programs. The institution emphasizes improving students' academic skills, analytical abilities, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, which are crucial in today's professional environments. Utilizing a qualitative research method based on secondary data and thematic analysis, this research explores the educational philosophy, teaching techniques, and expected learning outcomes of Help Education Foundation. The findings indicate that learner-centred education enhances student involvement, employability, and lifelong learning, positioning it as an effective model for addressing both current and future educational and management challenges.
